2008 NFL Draft Team Needs: Indianapolis Colts
Linebacker - Both sides (weak and strong) lack a real impact linebacker and the overall depth is questionable, though the team might be the best in the NFL when it comes to adjusting to injuries and departures.
Tight End - Ben Utecht left as a restricted free agent, and while Dallas Clark is one of the best in the game, he has durability concerns and the team needs some security.
Offensive Line - The Colts have been so consistent on offense over the past half decade because the offensive line has remained strong. But with limited depth and issues at the right guard position (after the departure of Jake Scott), the team could use some tweaks here.
Number to Know - 5 - The number of consecutive seasons the offense has finished with a top three scoring offense and a top five total offense (yardage). The team as a whole has also had a top 6 turnover ratio in that time.
Simply, amazing.
